DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £7.99 – £13.99
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £5.99 – £10.99
• Free Delivery: On orders over £75.00 (UK mainland only)

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are processed same day
• Weekend orders are processed the following Monday
• You’ll receive email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Signature required for all deliveries
• Safe place delivery available upon request
• We’re not responsible for packages left in safe places
• Delivery to business addresses available (Monday-Friday only)

SPECIAL HANDLING

• All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage
• Temperature-sensitive items are insulated for protection
• All bottles including multiple bottles are individually wrapped for safety

DELIVERY ISSUES

• Missing Package: Contact us within 48 hours
• Damaged in Transit: Take photos and contact us immediately
• Wrong Address: Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery
