RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Hot Sauces Cartel Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our policy for returns and refunds.

FOOD SAFETY POLICY

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sauce bottles. However, we stand behind the quality of our sauces and will provide refunds or replacements in specific circumstances outlined below.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/REPLACEMENT

  • Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping (please send pictures via email within 24 hours of receiving goods)
  • Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues (please send pictures via email within 24 hours of receiving goods)
  • Wrong Item Sent: We sent you the incorrect product/and or the incorrect amounts (please send pictures via email within 24 hours of receiving goods)
  • I changed my mind on unopened products: Unopened products within 14 days of delivery but you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt for quick resolution (customer pays return shipping)
  • All cancellation rights fall under the Consumer contracts Regulations 2015

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

  • Opened food products (for food safety reasons)
  • Products past their expiry date
  • Damage caused by improper storage
  • Change of mind after opening the product

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/defective products
  2. Email us at [hello@hotsaucescartel.co.uk] with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the issue (if damaged/defective)
    • Description of the problem
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps

REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Damaged replacements will be sent at no additional cost
