Hot Sauces Cartel is operated by Sharon Fontaine, specializing in premium, rich hot sauces and gourmet condiments.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at time of publication
• We reserve the right to modify products, prices, and availability without notice
• Colours and appearance may vary slightly from website images
• All sauces are made with fresh quality ingredients; settling or colour variation is normal

ORDERING & PAYMENT

• Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or product unavailability

DELIVERY

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• You must inspect products upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours
• UK Mainland: Standard delivery available
• Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: Extended delivery times may apply
• International: Not currently available (coming soon!)

PRODUCT QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY

• Our products are made following strict food safety standards
• Check best before end dates and store according to label instructions
• If you have food allergies, review ingredient lists carefully before purchase

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Nothing in these terms’ limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud
• We will not be liable for non-delivery due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes).
• All resolutions can be resolved via the ADR/Online Dispute Resolution platforms

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, logos, and branding are owned by Hot Sauces Cartel Ltd 
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
